This is the first school that I have attended and it is a fountain of knowledge for every beef producer. I particularly enjoyed the talks by Dr Rodger Hunsley and especially on his view on capacity. I really learned a lot from him especially regarding the muscling and fat deposition. The practical's in the afternoon were all good and the school was very well organized. I really recommend it to all producers.
